Amsterdam, 03 April 2007

An internal audit of Airbus sales campaigns confirmed compliance with both internal and international regulations and gave no indication of irregularities. European aerospace and defence group EADS had launched a formal audit immediately after having taken notice of such allegation from a media report on 21 March 2007.

The Board of Directors on Monday took notice of the results of this audit. EADS routinely audits projects and programmes run by its various Divisions.

The company reserves all its rights.
